2018 Wrap Up!
The Nexvia web portal saw improvements in its budget and cost controls – including the introduction of Progress Claims. However, one of the biggest changes to the platform was the introduction of the Client & Third-Party Portal – allowing external stakeholders access and insight into key project information. This window into a project gives users and their customer’s all-around confidence. Having this extended level of functionality and collaboration has shown major improvements to overall cost and time efficiencies.
MOBILE APP UPDATES
One of the core features that was added to the app this year is a QR reader for easy and accurate time tracking via the mobile application. This unique feature has allowed companies with large site teams to better manage time tracking for cost control and their weekly payroll. Dynamic checklists is another new addition that gives the flexibility to create any type of auditable onsite workflow. This feature has allowed companies to install processes not only into the delivery stage but also the initial engagement of a project.
