Introducing Nexvia Release 24: A faster way to keep work moving

The Resource Schedule, redesigned
The Resource Schedule is where your week takes shape, so we gave it a complete redesign. Release 24 introduces a modern, cleaner interface with improved performance, making it faster to plan your team and easier to see where everyone is at a glance.
Improved filters let you find resources by name, position or team, and you can switch between day, week and month views to plan at whatever level makes sense right now. Best of all, you can set tasks to repeat daily, weekly, monthly or yearly, so a recurring assignment goes in once instead of being re-entered week after week.
The result is less time managing the schedule and more time keeping work moving.
A faster, clearer Schedule Gantt
The Schedule Gantt across Tenders and Projects has been redesigned with the same goals in mind: quicker to work in, cleaner to read and easier to manage as plans shift.
One of the most useful changes is how your team stays informed. You can now send assigned users their tasks for a selected date range, so when dates move, the people affected hear about it directly, without you having to chase everyone individually. Administrators can also set system-wide schedule defaults once, giving every new schedule a consistent starting point.
Fewer follow-ups, fewer surprises, and a plan everyone can trust.
Stronger account security
We’ve enhanced account security in Release 24. Sign-ins can now require an extra verification step, so a password alone isn’t enough to reach your company’s data.

Reporting that flexes to what you need
Reporting is now easier to work with right across Nexvia. A new multi-select status filter lets you combine statuses in a single view, and new column options across reports show more of the detail you rely on. That means one report run instead of several, and less need to export to a spreadsheet and filter by hand. You get the view you’re after in one go.
More ways to save time across Nexvia
Release 24 also brings a long list of smaller improvements that add up across a busy week.
Here’s some of them:
- Less manual entry. Import rate data more flexibly across Tenders and Projects, and bring bills in through a new CSV import, so there’s less keying in by hand.
- More control over key processes. Configure custom overtime multipliers and values in Rates that flow straight through to Time Tracking, and require supplier prequalification before a Purchase Order can be raised.
- Clearer information at a glance. Colour-code Variations for easier grouping, fine-tune when checklist alerts are triggered and who receives them, and spot stock falling below its minimum sooner.
- Better connected. If you use the HubSpot integration, it has been updated to the latest HubSpot APIs for more reliable syncing. There are also new API endpoints for Materials, Materials Suppliers, Quotes, Fixtures, Leads and Job WIP data for your technical team.
Ready when you are
Release 24 goes live on Sunday the 2nd of August, updating automatically from around 9 pm AEST that night, so there’s nothing you need to do. It should all be ready when you log in on Monday. Both scheduling views have a new look, so allow a couple of minutes to find your way around.
