Felix Group acquires Nexvia to drive construction tech innovation and growth
Felix Group Holdings Ltd (ASX: FLX) today announced the acquisition of Nexvia, a leading Australian and New Zealand project management software platform for construction SMEs.
The move represents a major milestone in Nexvia’s journey, providing fresh investment and resources to fast-track product innovation and deliver even greater value to customers across Australia, New Zealand and the UK.
Founded in Brisbane in 2016 by Robert Rowe and Cameron Blacker, Nexvia has grown to hold the largest market share in the interior fitout and shopfitting sector across ANZ. Its cloud-based platform helps builders and shopfitters manage projects and operations with precision.
Nexvia Founder and CEO Robert Rowe said the acquisition is the natural next step for the company.
“This is one of the most exciting moments in Nexvia’s history. After years of building the business from the ground up, Felix’s acquisition of Nexvia will accelerate the pace of product development and open up new opportunities for our clients,” Robert said.
“Felix shares Nexvia’s values and vision for the future of the industry. Their investment will help fitout and construction businesses work more efficiently, increase profitability and grow with confidence. It’s a significant leap forward.”
Felix, an ASX-listed construction technology company, operates the leading vendor management platform for large contractors and asset owners. The acquisition of Nexvia expands Felix’s offering, enabling the group to serve both enterprise and SME businesses across the full construction lifecycle.
Mike Davis, Felix CEO and Co-Founder, said Nexvia was a strong strategic fit.
“We’ve long admired what the Nexvia team has achieved. Their platform complements ours perfectly, extending our reach to SMEs and strengthening the value we can deliver to the entire construction ecosystem,” Mike said.
“With Nexvia’s team joining our own, customers can expect the same high standard of service they have come to know and love. We’ll bring together the best of both companies to deliver more growth opportunities for our people and our customers.”
As part of the acquisition, Nexvia’s team will join Felix, with Robert Rowe taking on a strategic consulting role focused on integration and leading Nexvia’s continued expansion in the UK.
“Nexvia has been one of my proudest achievements,” Robert added. “This is about leaving a legacy and giving back to an industry that has given me so much.”
